This service is for the completed initial entries for the company statutory registers. It is a legal requirement that the director's of a company, or the Company Secretary if one is appointed, maintain these statutory records.
A company seal (also known as the corporate seal or common seal) is an official seal used by a company. Traditionally, company seals were used to make an impression on melted wax on the relevant document, although modern seals will usually only leave an indentation or impression on the paper (although sometimes a red wafer is used to imitate old red wax seals, and to make the sealing show up better on photocopies).

Limited by Guarantee Articles with Objects
These Articles include an objects clause at Article 3.1.1 that requires completion with a paragraph describing the company's proposed activities. These articles are useful when a company needs to evidence its objects for the purpose of raising funds, gaining approval for sensitive words or for getting the exemption from using the word 'Limited' at the end of the company name.
