Corporate and Ethical Policies - The way we operate

We have developed an Ethical Working Policy, which encompasses our approach to all the people involved with our business. This includes:

A no arguments refund policy if a customer is not happy with our service.
We will always give you the right, honest advice, even if it means downgrading your order with us. It must be right for you.
We fully train all our staff and give them opportunities to take on more responsibility as they progress.
We subscribe to the “Pay On Time” better payment practice, and have a fair and reasonable payment policy to our suppliers. All invoices received by the 20th of the month are paid on the last working Friday of that month. Those received afterwards are paid on the last working Friday of the following month.

We understand that if we treat people with respect, then that respect is returned and everyone benefits.

We have very clear approaches to the way we conduct our business and take our Corporate Responsibility seriously. We endeavour to be moral and ethical in everything we do.

Supporting young enterprise projects in schools as well as business champion projects to inspire young people

We are environmentally aware in the way we operate. We use recycled paper and recycle as much as we can. We also communicate electronically wherever possible to cut down on paper use.
