If you need your UK company documents to be valid outside of the UK then they will require legal verification that is recognised internationally.
There are two options open to you.
Solcitor's Witness statement
A solicitor can produce a witness statement for you to state that the documents are valid and accurate.
Apostille Certificate
If you want your proof of validity to be unquestionable, then you will need to obtain an Apostille certificate for your documents. This certificate verifies that the UK documents have been stamped and sealed by a recognised Notary. The Notary himself has confirmed that all the information contained within the document is completely true and accurate. Therefore, an Apostille certificate will be accepted in practically all countries as proof of authenticity.
Quick Formations can organise obtaining an Apostille certificate for your company documents. Your papers will first be sent to a notary to verify and check the information within them . The notary signs and stamps the papers, once they have been confirmed as accurate. They are then sent on to the Foreign and Commonwealth office to have the Apostille certificate issued.
Most countries accept this certificate, but it would be worth checking with us first.
