Rebranded Reseller Program

 

Aimed primarily at Formations Agents we offer a reseller program that allows you to make use of our totally automatic filing system under your own name. This means that at a bare minimum you can offer everything we offer, plus add your own value added products enabling your customers to buy your own services online.

This rebranding service is totally transparent, meaning there is no mention of us anywhere on your website, on any documents, in any emails, or even on your customers credit card statements. Our system integrates with the WorldPay payment gateway giving peace of mind to your customers that their credit card transactions are completely secure.

Our online management tools enable you to monitor your website activity, including customer accounts, order history, various Mem & Art documents, and financial reports.

Our processing system reporter enables you to track all communications with Companies House on behalf of your clients, so you can see when forms were submitted and what Companies House's system reponses are (enabling you to answer customer queries in an informed manor).

To make running of your website even easier our system automatically provides VAT receipts to your clients for their activity, in your name and your VAT number, and then provides you with an end of month report for your records.

We have a large number of clients who use our rebranding scheme, many of who you may have visited their website and not realised were using our system, which demonstrates the transparency of our service. There is a couple of other companies who claim to offer reseller schemes, but when considering who to use as your business partner make sure you choose someone like us who gives you the tools to be in control. The installation charge does not include any aspect of website design. You are provided with a WYSIWYG interface for either yourself or your website designer to conifigure your design.
The incorporation cost is charged to the resellers account automatically on the successful formation of a company by a resellers client. Any failed incorporations are automatically refunded back to the resellers account.

We at Quick Formations know the importance being able to rely on a supplier who is able to offer professional and helpful customer service, and backed up by a stable, reliable infrastructure.

That is why we are able to offer that same level of service to members of the legal, professional and financial industry. If you have a need to incorporate Limited companies for your clients then we have a service to suit you.
Our Standard Service

Our standard service is already designed in such a way to make it easy for anyone to just get on and form any number of companies. When you place your first order with us you are automatically setup with an account on our website and those login details are emailed to you.

You are then free to login to that account any time and place further orders as and when required, whether these be for filing of a statutory document or forming another company.

For businesses that have more than one member of staff who may process orders with us, you have both the facility to setup additional users on your account and also the facility to place a payment on your account so that the other users do not need to enter payment card details every time they place an order.

Fax/Postal Orders
We appreciate that not everyone likes to place orders over the Internet, and infact prefer to place orders by phone, fax or even post. We are happy to take orders through any of these methods, but do prefer to have the order in writing to avoid any possibility of error.
With this in mind we have designed a PDF order form which you can download and use to place any orders. This form can be completed on your computer (on screen) and then printed out and faxed to us on 0870 432 5545 or posted to the address at the bottom of this page.
