Formation of a Limited by Shares company.
Your company incorporation certificate is the Birth Certificate for your company, and it is required to be presented on 160gsm Ivory Card.
We are authorised by Companies House to print these certificates to their required standards, so to ensure your company certificate is presented to the highest standard add this product to your order and we will dispatch your Certificate of Incorporation to you from our quality laser printers on the correct required material.
With this item we will professionally bind your company Memorandum & Articles of Association for you. Just add as many copies as you require and we will post them out to you as soon as your company has been incorporated.
For any additional copies from two onwards we will offer a 10% discount of this price.
Completed share certificates for each shareholder delivered by email and hard copies followed in post.
VAT Registration Service
Need / want to register for VAT ? We take care of the formalities.
